Civilian History:
This bike was sold off at auction in 1982 and bought by the father of a good friend in Belgium- it remained in Belgium, stored collecting dust, unused from that time, until I eventually acquired it in July 2016 and repatriated back to the UK - I finally got it registered in June 2017
It remains in as found service condition which is very rare these days and you can still see the period Customs tag still attached on the pannier frame.

UP-DATE: Finally on the road since being in storage since being sold off at auction in April 1982. Engine underwent an extensive rebuild by Rupert Ratio ( Dave Smith) back in 2019 and been sitting under my bench until today. (11/05/23)

A credit to Dave Smith's rebuild it started 1st kick!!!
