Motorcycles for sale

BSA WD B40 GR (RAF) 1968 £3,500

Matching frame and engine numbers - one of the first 50 machines supplied to the RAF and was dispatched from the BSA factory on the 26/04/1968
I bought it last year ( March ‘22) and improved it a little: NOS Genuine Lucas Wiring loom, NOS Avon rear tyre, NOS military issue Girling shock absorbers, battery cover, sump plate, carb spacer and hose and copious amounts of imperial nuts and bolts.
Changed all the oils, etc
It was already fitted with a new Amal concentric Carburettor and electronic ignition.
I have only ridden it about 5 miles up the road since I have owned it, so just sitting in the garage not being used, so is a complete waste for a difficult to find machine.
Very easy starter and runs ok - ideal bike to ride and enjoy. Still room to improve if you so wish.
Small split in the seat cover ( see pic)
V5c in my name and Historic Tax.
It was owned by the previous owner for about 20 years
